Cancellation Policy

Skinsations understands unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, to be effective: NO SHOWS: If you fail to contact Taylor before your scheduled appointment, and simply don't show up you will be charged 100% of your service(s) booked. Your card on file will be charged to cover the missed appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS. SAME DAY RESCHEDULES: If you contact Taylor and let her know you won't be arriving to your scheduled session, and are needing to reschedule or simply cancel indefinitely you will be charged a 50% fee of service(s) booked. Taylor gives a 24 hour rescheduling grace period to make contact. LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for another time. Even if you are “parking” or “walking in” If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment time, please wait in waiting area. By booking a service, clients are AGREEING to have read over policies. Once an appointment is approved and your confirmation is sent, clients are acknowledging Skinsations cancellation policies/protocols and these will be implemented accordingly.
